entry of over 100 pork sausages from all over Scotland. He was presented
with his trophy by Steve Derrick of sponsors, Lucas Ingredients.

Scott Carson from Dalbeattie who successfully defended his South West title and now holds the South West Scotland titles for Pork Sausages, Beef Sausages and
Sliced Sausage. Not that Scott really appreciated all that because he went on to
be crowned Scottish Haggis Champion on Sunday 10th May 2009 as well!
