Go Back : BUTCHERS IN PINK
Butchers throughout Scotland got "In the Pink" on Friday 24th October to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Care.
Andersons, Leith:- Due to the enthusiastic way Alec, Bob, Heather, The two Kevins, Pauline, Robert and Wendy embraced the challenge and the generosity of our customers we raised on Friday and Saturday £600.

I have added a similar amount and will forward a cheque for £1200 to Breast Cancer Awareness.

JC Douglas, St Boswells:- Well great day had by all starting at 7.30am and finishing at 1.00am the following morning!!  Very well supported by all the village and our total raised on Friday was £643.39 and have since had donations taking it up to £660.00.  Donations were put into shop on Saturday so hopefully will make £700.

Got 42 girls for my moonwalk with Craig following with the camera.  All the shops wanting to join us next year and think Douglas Butchers have started an official moonwalk in St.Boswells with lots more going to attend next year, which is great.  All thanks to the Federation wanting butchers to go pink!!
