Two members exhibited in the Food Hall and three performed cutting demonstrations on QMS Stand.
Dalbeattie Fine Foods and Yorkes of Dundee were present in the Food hall and on the QMS stand, Richard Megahy on the Thursday, Gary Raeburn on the Friday and Steve Vundum on the Saturday demonstrated the craft skills required by independent butchers today.
